The software provides a user-friendly interface that allows you to quickly inspect received shipments, consolidate, ship or destroy your returned orders easily. A detailed view of your order’s received or shipped, allow you to choose what shipping method is being used and associated rates are featured, in addition to many other useful features.

WHAT HAPPEND WHEN RETURNS ARRIVE TO SPAINBOX WAREHOUSE?

By default any order that arrive to our warehouse, we store at the corresponding shelf space of each customer, but every user can change in his prefences this default action to take. A popular option is to inspect and make photo of the returned items to see what are the conditions of the products, after that user can have a better idea about how to proceed with returns, to ship or consolidate with other shipments, liquidate is only possible for products ranked at the top BSR 5000 in amazon, another option is to request to refurbish and recycle when its possible or destroy the received items.

REVERSE LOGISTICS MONTHLY PLANS

Basic sellers are on a pay-as-you-go system and use dont have discount at shipping rates. While Professional sellers pay a monthly subscription fee of 39.95 euros. WITH COURIER ACCOUNT plan have a monthly subscription fee of 69.95 euros/month, we allow to use your own courier account to pickup your shipment at our warehouse and receive all the received returns one time by month.

Spainbox fees

Storage

It’s FREE up to 30 days for all plans. If Seller chooses to store his returns for more than 30 days, he will be charged 1€ per kg. So, if you have received returns Its required to ship or destroy at least 1 time by month to avoid to pay storage fees.

Consolidation

For Basic and your courier plan consolidation have a fee of 1€ by kg./parcel, by example if there is 5 parcel to consolidate and each parcel is 0.1kg. it will be charged 5 euros, if each parcel to consolidate weight 1 kgs will be charged too 5 euros.

Handling

for Basic and Professional plans its FREE but for Your Courier plan have a fee of 1€ by kg./parcel.

Inspection and Photo

There is a fee of 1€ by photo and inspection of received parcel.

Shipping

Basic and Professional: plans Seller selects preferred or cheapest carrier option from SpainBox list of available carriers (Fedex, UPS, TNT, GLS, DPD, etc.). This can be configured in preferences in customer account in SpainBox management system. Shipping fees can be reviewed from 200 kg / month.

  • Your courier plan: use his own courier to send shipments. seller use his own carrier account the Seller has to provide the label, if necessary, to attach to the package and SpainBox will print and attach it to the package or packages and notify the courier to collect the shipment.

Re-packaging and / or packaging is always free

We use recycled cardboards from other incoming shipments. if you need to use new or any special packaging you can provide it or we can get it for you, it will be an additional fee according to your requirements

Ship to Customer

When seller receive a return, if its in good condition, it can decide to ship it to a new customer, in addition to shipping cost, there is a handling fee of 2€ and for shipping you can check international and domestic table rates. if item weight more than 1 kg. there is an extra weight handling fee of 0.3€ by kg. Additional Information:

  • There is NO permanence of any type
  • Prices are WITHOUT VAT. A VAT has to be added for Sellers from European Economic Community, except for those who already have an EU VAT (SpainBox system will check online which Seller
  • has it and apply a VAT, if necessary). For Sellers outside European Economic Community, VAT does not have to be added.

  • SpainBox customer service available in English and in progress to have German speaking support.
  • For Basic and Professional plans, SpainBox can manage Seller’s shipping insurance
  • SpainBox online platform accepts payments in different currencies by Credit card, Paypal, Bank transfer and Bitcoins
